Mini singing bowl

Our mini singing bowl is your perfect companion for sound baths, meditation and relaxation. It is perfect for travel and in any bag, it fits in the palm of your hand.

Handmade in Nepal and certified Fair Trade. Each bowl has a size of 5 cm and weighs about 50 grams. This kit contains the singing bowl, a mini mallet and cushion, and a pouch (choose your color).

What are Singing bowls?

Singing bowls are used in meditative and therapeutic practices, such as yoga and sound healing, to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and induce a state of balance. The sound comes from the bowl's vibrations, which can be felt as well as heard.
