How do we packs orders?

We strive to make order packaging as zero-waste and recyclable as possible, while still providing a luxury experience. We use paper-based packaging materials, that are reusable and recyclable.

Which countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain and Sweden. We also ship to the USA (with exclusions for some territories).

We are currently working hard to expand our shipping options and deliver to additional countries. If your country is not listed, feel free to contact us, and subscribe to our newsletter to know about new shipping countries.

Processing and delivery time

All orders are prepared and shipped from our ateliers. Please allow up to 5 business days for the processing of your order (note that your order may take longer to process at times of high activity).

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.

Estimated delivery times (excluding processing time) are between 2 to 5 business days, depending on destinations. Please note those are only indicative, and we are not responsible for delayed packages due to any reason.

What shipping options are available?

We offer free shipping to Luxembourg on all orders.

For EU/US orders, shipping is at the following flat rates:

  • EU orders: 5€
  • US orders: 15€

We offer free shipping on EU orders above 100€, and US orders above 200€ (applied automatically at checkout).

We can also offer DHL Express shipping on all orders for a flat rate of 15€.

What should I do if my parcel arrived damaged?

If your parcel arrives severely damaged (i.e., more than a scratch or the box being a bit dented), and you can see the items inside have been damaged during transport, please refuse the package. In that case, the package will be returned to us, and you can either get a refund or a new item. Please note we may be unable to refund you if you choose to accept the package in a damaged state, due to insurance conditions.

Please take clear pictures of the package and damage, send them to us at contact@maison-abf.com, and we will provide assistance.

Customs, import duties and taxes

All orders delivered in the EU are free from import duties. 

Orders shipped outside of the EU may be subject to additional taxes and customs duties which will be the responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible for any additional duties, taxes or sums due upon receipt of the package by the buyer.
