What if a product is out of stock?
We pride ourselves in reasonable and sustainable business practices. We source and produce items in limited quantities. If you really like a particular item, we advise you not to wait too long, as items may not be back in stock once sold out.

How can I create a Maison ABF account?
To create your Maison ABF account, simply click on the character icon on the top right corner (next to the shopping basket), complete your first and last name, email and password. You can also create your account from your shopping cart. When you place an order, you will be prompted to save your information with your email address and password.
Creating an account offers a safe, easy and fast way to order at Maison ABF. Your account saves information like order history, billing and shipping address. You may also follow-up on your orders placed.
Can I delete my account or data?
If you wish to delete your account or access/modify your data at any time, please contact us at contact@maison-abf.com.
What currency can I order in? What payment methods are offered?
Prices are shown and charged in euro (EUR). We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard and Maison ABF gift cards.
Can I cancel or change an order after I have placed it?
Depending on whether you order has been processed, we may be able to cancel it. If you need any help with your order, please contact us as soon as possible using the Contact us page, and make sure to indicate your order number.
