Returns

We thrive to provide pieces of the highest quality and hope you will be happy with them. However, if you need to make a return for any reason, we will be happy to assist. To start a return, please go to the Contact us page.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to return your items. We are unfortunately unable to accept returns beyond 14 days of your receipt, and returns sent to us thereafter will not be accepted. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be accompanied by the return form, and be intact, not altered, undamaged, unworn, unwashed and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. We suggest using the same shipping box you received to send your item back. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item is not in appropriate condition.

Please note you will have to provide for the return shipping method, and cover the cost of shipping back to us. We highly suggest choosing an appropriate shipping method with tracking and insurance, in case of loss or damage during the return.

We will notify you once we have received your return. Once the return is processed, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exchanges

Please note we currently do not accept exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please request a return, and place a new order for the new item you would like.
